Our purpose is to serve as a healing space for Black women and couples.

We want to create a space where Black women, especially those who are faith-based, can heal, and create for themselves a fulfilling life that includes the intimate and sex lives that they desire. We believe that there is space where the spiritual and sexual self can co-exist in a way that allows women to live a life blessed by their creator and that is sexually fulfilling.

We want to create a space for couples where both partners can feel hard to overcome current and future obstacles in their relationship. We believe that every couple already has what they need to create a long-lasting and fulfilling relationship, the key is to get on to on the same page by learning how to speak the same language.

At In the Nick of Time we acknowledge how difficult taking the step towards healing can be whether that’s individually or as a couple. Our goal is to guide you towards a path that leads you in the direction of the life you desire and deserve.

• Empathy: We strive to serve with empathy and compassion, in a non-biased environment created to help clients feel heard and understood throughout their treatment.

• Growth Mindset: The therapeutic process allows for clients to explore alternatives to their behaviors and presents an opportunity for growth. We feel that it is important that clients, as well as therapist, are both open to perspectives other than their own that open the door for growth to lead down the path of change.

• Collaboration: We believe that the therapeutic process is a collaborative one between client and therapist. Meaning that clients are included in every aspect of their treatment.
